Conroe, Texas, November 5th.

A power encounter isn’t about spectacle. It’s about truth meeting deceit in public, Spirit confronting manipulation, and light refusing to bow before darkness.

In biblical history, power encounters were moments when false authority was unmasked — when Elijah faced the prophets of Baal, or when Jesus overturned the tables of exploitation that hid behind religion.

They are the moments when people stop being passive observers and witness what real spiritual integrity looks like.

In the case of Mario Murillo and the modern wave of Christian nationalism, a power encounter becomes necessary because deception has been dressed in revival language. Murillo doesn’t just preach — he performs domination in the name of Christ. His “tent revivals” blend politics, fear, and money under the banner of the Holy Spirit, twisting faith into a weapon. That’s not revival — that’s control.

A power encounter exposes that counterfeit fire. It doesn’t fight flesh and blood; it reveals spirits — the lust for power, the idolatry of nation, the manipulation of the poor — and calls them into the open. It reminds the watching world that the Kingdom of God does not need hype, hatred, or hierarchy to move.

The People’s Revival stands as that counter-witness: not to destroy, but to reclaim what was stolen — to show what happens when the power of truth, mercy, and justice walks unafraid into the tent of deception and says, “No more.”

I will be streaming live from the Christian Nationalist “revival meeting”, let’s see if Mario can walk the walk.
